clinic in Vienna.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Short-term appointments<\/strong><br \/>We are always happy to help with your concerns and complaints &#8211; in most cases, you will also be able to make an appointment for a treatment or examination quickly and at short notice by calling us in advance.<br \/>\nNevertheless, I always take enough time for a detailed diagnostic or therapeutic consultation. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Private or elective practice<\/strong><br \/>As I have not concluded any contracts with the respective health insurance companies, you will come to me as a private patient.<br \/>\nHowever, this does not automatically mean that you have to bear the costs of my fees alone.<br \/>\nWhen you visit my practice in Vienna, you will receive a fee note, which you will initially pay yourself.<br \/>\nHowever, you can submit this to your health insurance company for reimbursement of the treatment costs.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost reimbursement<\/strong><br \/>The health insurance companies reimburse 80% of the panel rate when using an elective doctor &#8211; this is the rate that the health insurance company pays a panel doctor for the same service.<br \/>\nOnly those services that are included in the health insurance company&#8217;s tariff catalog for the respective specialist group are used to calculate the reimbursement.<br \/>\nPlease note, however, that my fee may be higher than the above-mentioned health insurance tariff.<br \/>\nFurther information on the reimbursement of costs via the health insurance companies can also be found on the website of the Medical Association.<br \/>\nOf course, we will also be happy to inform you personally and help you with the submission to your health insurance company &#8211; just ask us!    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Private health insurance \/ tax deduction<\/strong><br \/>If you have private health insurance, you can submit the treatment costs or the costs in excess of a health insurance reimbursement there and &#8211; possibly less any deductible according to your insurance contract &#8211; be reimbursed.<br \/>\nPlease contact your insurer in this regard.<br \/>\nIn addition, the above-mentioned costs are also tax-deductible in your employee assessment (wage tax equalization) or in your income tax return under certain conditions.<br \/>\nFor more information, please contact your local tax office or tax
