In my practice in Lazarettgasse, Vienna, my patients have access to the latest state-of-the-art examination and treatment options in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
These not only provide a more precise basis for an accurate diagnosis or minimally invasive methods – whether annual check-ups or longer-term treatment – but are often accompanied by considerably fewer side effects for you.
In addition, all procedures – from outpatient treatment to inpatient care – are easily possible at the affiliated private clinic in Vienna.
Short-term appointments
We are always happy to help with your concerns and complaints – in most cases, you will also be able to make an appointment for a treatment or examination quickly and at short notice by calling us in advance.
Nevertheless, I always take enough time for a detailed diagnostic or therapeutic consultation.
Private or elective practice
As I have not concluded any contracts with the respective health insurance companies, you will come to me as a private patient.
However, this does not automatically mean that you have to bear the costs of my fees alone.
When you visit my practice in Vienna, you will receive a fee note, which you will initially pay yourself.
However, you can submit this to your health insurance company for reimbursement of the treatment costs.
Cost reimbursement
The health insurance companies reimburse 80% of the panel rate when using an elective doctor – this is the rate that the health insurance company pays a panel doctor for the same service.
Only those services that are included in the health insurance company’s tariff catalog for the respective specialist group are used to calculate the reimbursement.
Please note, however, that my fee may be higher than the above-mentioned health insurance tariff.

Of course, we will also be happy to inform you personally and help you with the submission to your health insurance company – just ask us!
Private health insurance / tax deduction
If you have private health insurance, you can submit the treatment costs or the costs in excess of a health insurance reimbursement there and – possibly less any deductible according to your insurance contract – be reimbursed.
Please contact your insurer in this regard.
In addition, the above-mentioned costs are also tax-deductible in your employee assessment (wage tax equalization) or in your income tax return under certain conditions.
